Parking Registration Requirements

1. Vehicle registration with license number or temporary plate number
   (may be a photocopy)

2. LSU ID or fee bill (for students).

3. Completed LSU Health Sciences Center parking form.

4. $20.00 cash/check for gate card for every new registrant.

5. LSUHSC students pay $75.00 annual each fall semester.

6. LSUHSC students admitted first year in January pay $20.00 gate card fee and $50.00 parking fee.

7. Summer students will pay $20.00 gate card fee and $25.00 fee.

8. Payroll deduction form for individuals receiving regular paychecks from LSU Health Sciences Center.

9. All others will pay cash or check to LSU Health Sciences Center (travelers checks or money orders are welcomed).

10. No credit cards.

11. Student workers will pay $20.00 cash/check for gate card and $75.00 parking fee. A copy of their ID card from the school they are attending and their ID card for LSU as a student worker. $75.00 fee prorated based upon registration date.

12. Visiting students will pay $20.00 cash/check for gate card and $16.00 parking fee per month. Affiliated ID is required and a departmental letter.

13. Gratis faculty will pay $20.00 cash/check for gate card. Dean's letter is required.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE OR ILLEGAL USE OF PARKING MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN PENALTIES AND/OR LOSS OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.
