Parking Registration Requirements

1. Vehicle registration with license number or temporary plate number
   (may be a photocopy)

2. LSU ID or fee bill (for students).

3. Completed LSU Health Sciences Center parking form.

4. $25.00 for a gate card for every new registrant.

5. LSUHSC students pay $100.00 annual each fall semester.

6. LSUHSC students admitted first year in January pay $25.00 for a gate card and a $65.00 parking fee.

7. Summer students will pay $25.00 for a gate card fee and a $35.00 fee.

8. Payroll deduction form for individuals receiving regular paychecks from LSU Health Sciences Center.

9. All others will pay LSU Health Sciences Center.

10. Student workers will pay $25.00 for a gate card and a $100.00 parking fee. A copy of their ID card from the school they are attending and their ID card for LSU as a student worker. $100.00 fee prorated based upon registration date.

11. Visiting students will pay $25.00 for a gate card and a $20.00 parking fee per month. Affiliated ID is required and a departmental letter.

12. Gratis faculty will pay $25.00 for a gate card. Dean's letter is required.

FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THE ABOVE OR ILLEGAL USE OF PARKING MATERIALS MAY RESULT IN PENALTIES AND/OR LOSS OF PARKING PRIVILEGES.
