Services included in all
rental charges are cable TV, internet access, electricity,
and water.
All tenants must sign a
four, five or six-month lease and do not have to move out
during semester breaks.
The Security Deposit for
Residence Hall is equal to a full month's rent for the
assigned apartment/dorm. The Security deposit for the
Stanislaus Hall is $250.00. The Security Deposit is
refundable at the end of the semester when the tenant
completes a proper checkout from a residence facility.
LSU System
reserves the right to change rental charges and fees. All
financial indebtedness to the LSUHSC housing facilities
and the LSU System must be cleared prior to graduation.
